Introducing the new “MyLogic” portal

In your Logic Team Update earlier in the year, we announced the imminent arrival of “MyLogic”.

Our all-new client portal – also available as an app – will give you complete access to your financial life, allowing you to view and control your pensions, investments, and insurance from one place.

We have been testing the new portal over the last few weeks and are excited to announce that we are now ready to roll it out!

What is MyLogic?

The new portal is designed to give you more control over your finances.

Whether on your desktop or as an app on your tablet or smartphone, you’ll be able to check up on your pensions or investments at home and on the move.

You’ll find an overview of your current position, as well as being able to delve deeper. You can monitor your investments, track the value of your property, and keep important documents safe and secure.

You can even receive reminders of upcoming financial events and milestones, so you never need to miss an important deadline again.

Use privacy controls to keep your information safe

The new portal will gather all your financial paperwork – reports, valuations, and other statements – filing them automatically and securely so you can access them whenever you need them.

MyLogic safeguards your data using bank-level security and encryption. Not only that, but you can also further protect your mobile app with your own six-digit pin, while privacy controls mean that you decide who you share information with.

You can use the portal to communicate directly with us, sharing documents securely, removing the need for posted hard copies or even email. And with all your financial information in one place, you won’t need to access multiple sites, reducing the risk of online fraud.

When can I start using MyLogic?

At each forthcoming annual review, your Logic adviser will talk you through the portal, explaining what it can do for you.

You’ll no doubt have questions and your adviser will be able to answer those for you.

From why you should use MyLogic, to how you log on, securely message us, and keep track of your various investments, we can talk you through the portal so that you have the confidence to make full use of its functionality.
