What’s the most frustrating thing about our industry?
The industry likes to overcomplicate things (example, you can have one word that has as many as three different meanings). It makes it really hard for people to understand so they sometimes are put off from making important decisions.
You unexpectedly have a free day. What do you do?
Exercise, golf, sleep, walk the dog to the pub, sleep, BBQ with my family.
What are you most passionate about?
Helping people understand their goals, and helping them understand themselves.
Summer or Winter?
I love the summer, despite needing factor 50 from March until October.
